Grooming Procedures

Health and Behavior of pets: 

   *We do not brush out mats. matted dogs will need to be shaved. Severely matted dogs will be shaved and require an extra fee.

  *Please notify us of any health issues or behavior concerns before your pets' appointment

*Aggressive or overly stressed dogs may be refused service for their safety or ours.

  *We are committed to providing safe grooming services. However, it is possible for pets to receive minor injuries as a result of being groomed (i.e razor burn, minor cuts or scratches). If your pet sustains injuries from the grooming that we are not aware of, you MUST notify us within 24-48 hours.

 *All pets scheduled for grooming services must be up to date on Rabies vaccines. Written proof with expiration date is required before all appointments.

Cancellation Policy

    *We require 24 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule. 

  *Last minute cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 50% fee per dog

Drop off/Pick up Policies

  *Dogs must arrive on time. Dogs more than 15 minutes late forfeit their appointment, resulting in a no-show 50% fee.

*Pick up your pet within 30 minutes of call and text notifications.

*Late pick-ups: $10 fee per half hour, Past close time $30 fee per half hour

Pricing and Payment 

*Prices are based on coat condition, behavior, and size/weight

*Severe matting, fleas, or special care needs will add extra fees

*We accept both cash and card
